Hey Michael! I've been loving this newsletter! :) Question for ya, in your research about the stores, have you also done any exploring into Apple Park? I was watching today's announcements of the new M2 Mac mini and MacBook Pro and saw beautiful white lamps on their "underground" workstations. Any ideas who might make these?
Hi Jonathan. I have done some research on the furniture and fixtures from Apple Park videos. Here's an older article I wrote on 9to5Mac that summarizes most of the products in Apple Keynotes from 2020-July 2021. https://9to5mac.com/2021/07/13/apple-virtual-keynote-home-furniture-directory/ I haven't looked into the lamps today, though. I saw someone suggest they are at least similar in style to IKEA's "Nymane."
Great call! Yeah they look very similar to those. Bummer that they only appear to do 5W of wireless charging though, but still a very beautiful look. Thanks for the quick reply and the great journalism and appreciation for Apple! Cheers!
